Follow the following steps to track your order : 

1. Once order has been placed with realme Philippines E-store, a confirmation e-mail will be sent directly to your email (make sure you have filled up email address during checkout page).

2. Click on "Track your order" button which shown in the email or locate it under the "Support" section found on our realme Philppines E-store.

3. Key in the order tracking number that is provided in search box. 

4. If the order tracking number appears to be "unavailable" kindly change the courier service to LBC Express (PH) which shown in image below. 

5. You may keep track your order status with the order tracking number provided now! In case the status is not shown/updated in the Tracking App, please try again in 1-2 working days.
